Shipping & Returns

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. You can choose your preferred method at checkout. We also offer pick up from depots across Australia. Not all shipping methods available on all products.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the method selected. If shipping costs are not available at checkout we would be required to quote them separately. We occasionally may offer promotions for free shipping on qualifying orders.

Delivery Times: Expected delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
Shipping times for products coming from Japan to Australia via sea freight typically range from 6 to 12 weeks; Rediy Build is not responsible for any delays caused by sea freight or customs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment online.

We do not accept returns due to “change of mind”
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@rediybuild.com.au for assistance and a return authorisation. You will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly.
