Shipping Information

  • We currently ship only to customers within Australia. 

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and stock availability.  

  • Shipping times are estimates but cannot be guaranteed. 

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur, particularly for products imported from Japan. We are not responsible for delays caused by our suppliers, freight providers, airports, shipping ports or customs. 

Returns Policy

  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges based on “change of mind” after an order has been placed. 

  • Items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment source within 10 business days. 

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will aim resolve the issue promptly. 

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. 

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@rediybuild.com.au for assistance and a return authorisation. You will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.  

  •  Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original     payment method within 5-7 business days.
